About the session

This workshop will explore the background to the Play Skills model, the research that went into creating it and a general overview.

The Play Skills model consists of 13 skills and mindsets, some related to individuals' personal approach, some to teams' approaches, and some to provide comfort with disruption and change.

We will explore these 13 skills that help people better manage, cope and thrive in change delivery.

Based on 6 years of research with people from a broad range of sectors and experience, this workshop explores ideas that I've been singularly unable to turn into a book!
