About the session

Although there is a distinctly unambiguous preference for individuals and interactions over processes and tools in the Agile Manifesto, the modern agile landscape reflects a distinctly unabashed bias in favour of processes and tools.

Whether it is naive interpretations of Conway's law or unquestioned scaling up of teams, there seems little agility in how many companies or coaches understand how individuals behave and interact.

In this talk we will examine what Conway's law, scaling and human nature actually entail.

Themes:
Infrastructure Agility, Beyond Software Agility, Ways Of Working
