About the session

How might we encourage change in organisations that find it difficult?

This session is a facilitated workshop session to explore how we can access organisational metaphors, through mapping, destabilisation and re-mapping and find opportunities for change. The facilitation method is a new one created by the presenter and builds on principles of sensemaking, our use of metaphor and assemblage theory.
