Giles helps organisations communicate more like humans do: clearly, briefly, creatively. He works with leaders, teams and individuals to plan better ways of communicating about work in progress.

A former member of the Government Digital Service's influential creative team, Giles also worked for lots of other UK government departments too, including Defra, HM Land Registry and Homes England.

He has worked with a long list of local authorities, charities, non-profits and international governments (including Comic Relief, Citizens Advice, the United Nations, and government teams in Scotland, Wales, the Republic of Ireland, Switzerland, Estonia and California) plus many private sector clients.

Giles was co-creator of the "It's OK" poster at GDS, which was subsequently exhibited at the 2017 Vienna Biennale.

Giles authored "The agile comms handbook", and edited "Content Design" by Sarah Winters and "Content Transformation" by Hinrich von Haaren.
